These Terms govern your use of RxNote Inc.'s SaaS platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Platform Access

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for your internal business purposes
• You may not: reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or build competitive products using our Platform
• We may modify or terminate the Platform at any time.

2. Accounts

• Each user needs unique Login Credentials (email/password)
• Don't share credentials; you're responsible for all account activity
• We can disable accounts that violate these Terms

3. Trial & Subscriptions

• Free trials are for evaluation only
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/annually at current rates
• Cancel anytime; no refunds for pre-paid periods
• Email [email protected] to manage subscriptions

4. Your Data & Privacy

• You own Your Data and Output
• We own the Platform and de-identified/aggregate data
• You grant us the license to process Your Data to provide services
• PHI is handled per our Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
